This chart shows, for fiscal years 1977 through 2008, the annual financial assistance (FA) funding in nominal dollars (not adjusted for inflation) allocated to NRCS Texas for watershed operations. In 1977 about $13.8 million was allocated to Texas. The funding peaked in 1983 at $28.8 million and gradually decreased to zero for fiscal year 2008.
