A longtime rancher, retired agricultural instructor at Nacogdoches High School,
and cooperator with the Nacogdoches Soil and Water Conservation District, Roy
Mills contributes to NRCS and conservation programs based on his background.
Damron began serving as an Earth Team Volunteer for the NRCS in
1992, a year after retiring from Scott & White Hospital in Temple. He
routinely volunteers about 13 hours per week.
