eAuthentication

eAuthentication account are established for our partners and contractors in order to facilitate access to USDA Web services that allows access to agency applications that have eSignature options.

Step1 - Obtain a Level 2 eAuthenication Account


  • Partners and contractors should go to the eAuthentication site to apply for their Level 1 eAuthentication account.

  • Account: https://eauth.sc.egov.usda.gov/eAuth/selfRegistration/selfRegLevel2Step1.jsp.

  • Follow the steps to complete your eAuthentication registration request.

  • Partners and contractors receive an e-mail with user ID and password.

  • Partners and contractors should update their Level 2 – eAuthentication ID per instruction from eAuthentication.

  • Partners and contractors takes this e-mail along with their driver licenses or valid identification to a Local Registration Authority (LRA) for verification.

  • LRA will process partners or contractors request.
