TX403.94, Office Shutdown Checklist

Action
  Position all computers and electrical equipment off the floor
  De-energize all computers and computer-related equipment
  Place plastic covers over all computer equipment
  Remove all server backup tapes to a secure location
  Contact ITS for instructions on safe shutdown of server and associated server equipment
  Gather GPS units, digital cameras, etc.; place in a secure, locked cabinet/storeroom or remove
  Secure contract files in lockable cabinets
  Turn off water to toilets, sinks, etc. at wall outlet
  If possible, turn off water to building
  Turn off natural gas or propane to building if possible
  Remove any flammables (which aren't supposed to be there anyway) from building
  Unplug any electrical cords or appliances
  De-energize breaker box to building if possible
  Remove all government owned vehicles to a safe location
  Secure or arrange to move ATV's and trailers to a safe location
  Notify building owner, if possible, that you are shutting down building
  Ensure all interior and exterior doors that are lockable are locked upon exit
  If time allows, arrange for vehicles to be moved to a safe location
