TX403.34, Emergency Response Plan

The state conservationist has established an Emergency Response Plan, High Hazard Dam Response Plan, Animal Hazard Response Plan, Equipment and Supplies Checklist, and Office Shutdown Checklist (See Subpart I Exhibits) in the event there is a natural disaster. This will enable Texas to be ready if a natural disaster does occur and give us the capability to assist other state and Federal agencies.
