401.1 Policy
It is the policy of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Natural
Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to provide equal opportunity for employees

national origin, sex, religion, age (40+), disability, retaliation (for prior
participation in the equal employment opportunity complaint process), sexual

(CRS) is responsible for processing informal complaints of employment
discrimination.
